Very knowledgeable and thorough. I am so happy Dr. Russo comes to the Big Island to help us here. For the last few years I was dealing with my sleep apnea and restless leg on my own and not doing well. After a few visits with Dr. Russo I am able to use my CPAP more efficiently and the medications he prescribed are helping immensely at the lowest doses. Highly recommend.
