Very disappointed. After spending 3 hours at the store and signing up for a plan, 3 days later none of the equipment will work and my plan has been deactivated. When I call for support I am told that I will have to pay $75 more per month than quoted to get the same plan and it is too late to return the equipment and I am locked into a 2 year contract that ultimately will cost me $1875.00 more than I was quoted. This is fraud!!! Everyone at the store and on the phone was very nice and apologetic but there "nothing anyone can do". Apparently AT&T doesn't think it is their fault that they committed fraud and are not willing to fix it.
